Plastic Injection Machine
The edges of the injection molding machine can be closed horizontally or vertically. Most machines are closed horizontally, but vertical injection machines are used in some applications, such as molding and construction, which allow the machine to use gravity. Some vertical devices also do not need to clamp the form.
There are many methods of clamping to the plate, the most common of which are hand clamps (both halves are screwed to the plates). However, hydraulic clamps (chokes are used to hold the tool in place) and magnetic clamps are also used. Magnetic and hydraulic clamps are used in cases where quick tool change is required
The plastic injection machine is divided into 2 parts: the first part is the clamp of the machine and the second part is the injection part.
The function of the clamp unit is to open and close the mold and eject the products. There are 2 types of opening and closing methods, the mechanism of this device is that first in the clip section, the clip is opened and closed manually, and then in the mold injection section, it is opened and closed directly with a hydraulic cylinder.
Application of Plastic Injection Machine
In the form of plastic injection, granular or pellet-shaped plastic resins are used to produce various products, from car and airplane components to storage containers, musical instrument parts, and hair combs. The plastic injection machine is used to produce thin-walled plastic parts for a wide variety of applications, one of the most common of which is plastic.
A plastic enclosure is a thin-walled enclosure used in various products such as household appliances, consumer electronics, power tools, and They are also used in making car dashboards. Other common thin-walled products include various types of open containers, such as buckets. The injection molding machine is also used to produce several everyday items such as toothbrushes or small plastic toys. In addition, many medical devices, including valves and syringes, are produced using this device. The main use of these devices in Iran is to produce fruit baskets, vases, buckets, plastic kitchen utensils, car parts, etc. has Therefore, the name of this device is usually used next to the product. For example, fruit basket plastic injection machine and...
