Nylon production machine is called extrusion, nylon roll is formed by mold and using a balloon air compressor and raw materials. The engine in this machine produces nylon films with special rollers in certain widths and rolls them into single or multiple layers depending on the needs.
The raw material of the machine is nylon granules, which according to the type of product is of a special type, such as light polyethylene, which is a recycled type, and petrochemical plastic raw materials.
Usually from any machine for production A different type is used, for example, the wide film production machine has larger dimensions than the freezer bag production.
Nylon Sewing Machine:
After the production of nylon rolls is finished, the produced rolls are converted into various products such as garbage bags, handles, or freezers by means of a nylon sewing machine. They are in the bag.
These machines are available in two types, one and two floors, and the two-floor machines have the ability to cut 4 nylon roll arches at the same time, as a result, their sewing speed is much higher.
Nylon Perfect Machine:
This machine is also called a roll sewing machine, which is used to produce disposable tablecloths, garbage, freezers, etc. The main task of this machine is to sew garbage and freezer bags in a roll. This device is available in two models, fully automatic and semi-automatic.
With the difference that semi-automatic devices are faster than automatic devices, contrary to imagination, but because they need an operator, that's why fully automatic devices are more popular.
Nylon three -layer machine:
The ABA three-layer machine has 2 Mardon cylinders and becomes three layers in the mold. Basically, a cylinder and Mardon recognize layer A, and a layer and Mardon cylinder recognize layer B.
In such a way that the inner and outer layers of the film are type A and the middle layer is type B. The process of making three layers and sticking the layers to each other occurs in the mold. The nylon that is produced with a three-layer machine is more resistant because it glues three layers of polyethylene film together and increases the lateral and longitudinal strength of the film.
